Part 1: The Invitation

This is my first V-log series, where I discuss my personal experiences to date with "shadow work". This refers to one's dark side, the parts of ourselves that we deny and suppress. My journey confronting this part of myself began in the jungles of Peru on one of my annual Ayahuasca healing sabbaticals. My shadow began to manifest, quite terrifyingly, as a "sleep paralysis demon". This series is totally raw and experimental. I have no idea what I'm doing, but here I am telling stories on camera.

Here is my first installment.  I’m thinking this series will end up being comprised of 3-4 clips.  I don’t want to bore you too much with a massively long run-on story - lord knows our modern day attention spans ain’t what they used to be!
